Over the past 3 months I have acted as an expert witness for several Tier 1 contractors where a dispute has arisen due to waterproofing failure in a basement. Two of these contractors approached CLW to ask for assistance in ensuring that other projects don’t suffer the same fate.
Off the back of this we have developed a new service offering wherein CLW completes a review and checking service.
It costs only £5-£10k and provides main contractors with significant risk reduction.
