CLW has been commissioned as the waterproofing design consultant for a three storey basement, which extends over the entire site.
CLW have provided a comprehensive design review of the existing waterproofing strategy for the building at the current RIBA Stage 3.
During the next RIBA Stage, CLW will work closely with the entire design team, to provide a clear and efficient design for the required grades of waterproofing performance (Grade 1b and 3) within the basement spaces, this strategy currently includes the utilisation of the existing Type C (cavity drainage).
