College Ln is a gated development of 40 homes encompassing numerous waterproofing details. The whole site is lower than surrounding ground level and as a result there are substantial retaining walls which, in some areas, also form the wall of homes. There are also retaining walls to light wells and numerous podium decks.

- Type B (water tight concrete)
- Type C (internal cavity drain membrane)
- sub-surface drainage
