CLW were appointed to conduct a high-level survey of the basement and lightwells to the Courtyard building, which is due to undergo a major refurbishment that included an upgrade of waterproofing in the basement and associated podium deck.
We proposed initial remedial works to any areas of existing damp and/or ingress, followed by the installation of a new internal Type C system for all walls and floor, combined with an external Type A membrane to all areas of the proposed podium deck.
