CLW has been commissioned as the waterproofing design consultant for the basement at Beaufort Park Block D.
Working closely with the entire design team to provide a clear and efficient design for the Grade 2 and 3 waterproofing, specifying both Type A (external membrane) and Type B (structurally integral) protections to achieve this.
The site also requires ground gas protection and CLW have worked alongside the gas protection specialist to ensure that the proposed membrane will also provide suitable waterproofing protection.
