CLW has been commissioned as the waterproofing design consultant for the basement at Beaufort Park Block D.
Working closely with the entire design team to provide a clear and efficient design for the Grade 2 and 3 waterproofing, specifying both Type A (external membrane) and Type B (structurally integral) protections to achieve this.
The site also has a requirement for ground gas protection and CLW have worked alongside the gas protection specialist to ensure that the proposed membrane will also provide suitable waterproofing protection.
